Return & Refund Policy
At Mileage Solutions, all services are customized based on the vehicle information provided by the customer.
Because each order involves individualized service and consultation, all sales are considered final once work has commenced.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered only if:
- The order has not yet been processed.
- The customer submitted incorrect vehicle information and notifies us immediately.
- Mileage Solutions is unable to provide the requested service.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed services.
- Customer-provided incorrect vehicle information.
- Change of mind after work has begun.
- Delays caused by incomplete customer information.
